CFO3: Management & Organization Division
The Management & Organization Division provides policy guidance and staff support to the Office of the Chief Financial Officer/Chief Administrative Officer (CFO/CAO). The staff handles special projects and is responsible for conducting management studies related to productivity improvement, organizational analysis, internal control, and other management issues or concerns. The Division serves as the primary focal point within CFO/CAO for the management and coordination of all administrative operations. The office is responsible for the development, implementation and execution of broad policy and administrative guidelines providing oversight in the areas of program management, organizational planning, and human resource management. Provides support and coordinates GAO and OIG audits/reviews to provide reasonable assurance that programs are free from waste, fraud or abuse.
