  • Mange the NWS IT Support Services contract which provides contractual IT support services for NWS Headquarters Offices
  • Support NWS Headquarters staff with a variety of applications which promote productivity as well as collaboration. These applications range from correspondence tracking for administrative offices to monitoring NWS Hotline calls made within NWS headquarters.
  • The HSS provides Web development support through Web design and development of Web portals such as the CIO Website and providing review and advisory services on Corporate Web design issues; support NWS Web compliance with Government, DOC, and NWS standards such as Accessibility, appropriate agency links, and policy notice, and provide guidance and assistance with Section 508 accessibility compliance.
