WFO Omaha/Valley forecaster Cathy Zapotocny distributes pamphlets and answers questions at the Offutt Air Force Base Open House and air show August 21, 2004. The tent and displays were a joint venture of the NWS and the Air Force Weather Agency (AFWA). The theme of the booth was titled "From Tactical to Practical" which explained the missions of both AFWA and the NWS.
