WFO Caribou, ME, donated $420 to the Breast Cancer Awareness Walk sponsored by the Cary Medical Center Auxiliary on October 12, 2004. Left to right, Alex Calderon, Meteorologist Intern; Lisa Desjardins, Spouse; Lorraine Maguire, Administrative Services Assistant; and Sonia Mark Flechtner, Meteorologist Intern, represented WFO Caribou in the two-mile walk. Senior Service Hydrologist Peter Jung (seated) demonstrates WHFS and FFMP to visitors from the Poland Institute of Meteorology and Water Management. The group visited the collocated office at State College, PA, on October 6-7, 2004. The group consisted of 10 individuals from various Institute offices in Poland.
