Office of Hydrology Rings In the (Chinese) New Year

Some of the many Office of Hydrology staff who helped organize the February 7, 2005, Chinese New Year Luncheon posed with Director Gary Carter before lunch began. Nancy Huang, President of the Department of Commerce's Asian Pacific Awareness Network, was a special guest at the luncheon. Here Nancy displays a U.S. Postal Service package of stamps newly-issued for Chinese New Year while employees try not to look hungry.
