Don Davis, former Meteorologist-In-Charge of the Grand Island, NE, National Weather Service office, talks about his experiences of the June 3, 1980, Grand Island tornadoes to a packed house during "A Night with Tornadoes." To celebrate the annual NOAA fish fry that takes place in Washington each year, the staff at WFO Goodland holds its own "fish" fry during the same day. Western Kansas "fish" consists of burgers and brats.
