Data Management Notices

The NWS Telecommunication Operations Center (TOC) is responsible for implementing changes to products communicated to and from the NWS Telecommunication Gateway (NWSTG). This may include changes in product identification, availability, and/or routing. Change notices are provided on the NWSTG system via the NOxx series of products. Other notices concerning Data Management issues are also included here.

CRM
System

The Data Management Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) is a trouble ticketing management system designed to process FAQ's and forwards inquires involving data issues to the TOC Data Management team. CRM will be coming soon to Data Management. For more information on CRM click here.
