TO All ISCS End Users

FROM RTH WASHINGTON DATA MANAGEMENT

SUBJECT Advisory Message for the ISCS Broadcast

This advisory applies to your site only if the ISCS receive frequency
set on your Comtech CDM-570L receiver modem is 0984.7085 MHz.

On 08 November 2011 at 1500 GMT (11:00 AM EST) The Pacific Ocean
portion of the ISCS broadcast using frequency 0984.7085 will be transitioned
from the current satellite (Intelsat 701) to the new Intelsat Satellite
(IS-18). During the transition sites may experience two intermittent outages
(lasting only seconds) of the ISCS broadcast on that frequency.
