Line Office Transition Manager (LOTM)

As defined in the NOAA Administrative Order entitled "Policy on Transition of Research to Application" (NAO 216-105), the LOTM is responsible for managing the Line Office transition of research to application portfolio of projects. NAO 216-105 further enumerates actions required of the LOTM which include coordinating with other LOTMs.
