The instructions for signing up for the SAFESEAS list server.

To join the SAFESEAS listserver:

1. Go to http://infolist.nws.noaa.gov/read/login/.

2. Select "all forums".

3. Scroll down to the SAFESEAS list, and click "subscribe" on the right column.

4. Enter your email address, name, and password.

Your membership will be approved by the list administrator, and then once approved, you can send, view, and receive messages.
