update instructions: modelBufrStationInfo.txt  rev. April 2008

start in /awips/fxa/data on dx3

1. Save a copy of the site's modelBufrStationInfo.txt

2. Download new version from NOAA1 pub/ndm

    sftp .....      (NOAA1)    
    enter password
    sftp>cd pub/ndm
    sftp>get modelBufrStationInfo.txt
    sftp>bye

3. Copy to dx4 and to workstations

    scp to dx4 /awips/fxa/data
    scp to workstations /awips/fxa/data

    run localization with -clipSups -auxFiles -station on dx3 & dx4

    run localization with -clipSups -station on workstations

4.  Bounce the BUFR decoders on dx3 only

    on dx3 only, run the script "/awips/fxa/bin/startIngest.dx3"
