ref: DM Message 04-08.07 (and previous messages)

NDBC's products changed to KWNB vice KWBC on 
April 30, 2008.

The ndm version of ispan_table.template has been 
updated to reflect the change to KWNB for the 
products listed in the DM message. (The ispan 
changes at present are all BOY products.)

However, other awips file changes are needed; 
some baseline files require changes.  The previous 
list of KWNB products must also be preserved.

At present, if a site needs the buoy collectives, 
they should contact the NCF.  The NCF will work 
with them on a temporary site-specific fix.
