The method of handling raob data set updates was modified to make maintenance easier. 
The contents of productButtonInfo.txt, depictInfo.manual, and dataInfo.manual were modified
to remove the raob records and replace them with an include statement that points to
a new raob-only file. ProductButtonInfo.txt points to raobProductButtons.txt, depictInfo.manual
points to raobDepictKeys.txt, and dataInfo.manual points to raobDataKeys.txt. These changes 
took place in conjunction with or shortly after the upgrade to Build 4.2.3.

There were no changes to raobStationInfo.txt, raobMenus.txt or raob.goodness.
