Where :

• T1 and T2 are data type and/or form designators ;
• A1 and A2 are geographic/data type/ time designators;
• ii are distribution or level indicators;
• (sp) = space;
• CCCC identifies the communications center originating the product. The four letter code is defined in WMO Manual 9, Part C and in International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Document 7910 , Location Indicators;
• YYGGgg is the international date-time group (YY = day of month, GGgg = time in UTC);
• BBB identifies bulletin continuation or amendments;
• (cr) = carriage return; and
• (lf) = line feed;
