of a dirt road across the Dry Glaize Creek. The crossing was in a rural area of eastern Camden County between Highway A and Montreal.
Law enforcement reports indicated that the crossing was located just past a hard turn at the bottom of a hill. The deceased was from the area and knowledgeable of the terrain.
30 PR Camuy Municipality Male adult Heavy rains (approximately 3 inches) fell in the mountains of northwest Puerto Rico. A rapid surge of water in an underground river in Camuy Cave washed away a tour guide in Camuy Municipality.
