20	OK	Mayes	Male	53	Victim died while attempting to cross a low water bridge over a branch of Pryor Creek in northern Mayes County near Adair OK. His vehicle was swept off the road and his body was found about a quarter-mile downstream.
23	MO	Jackson	Male	7	Victim was killed after being swept away while playing near a rain-swollen creek in Blue Springs
28	MO	Warrensburg (city)	Male	29	Drowned while rappelling off the Northeast Road 151 bridge into Blackwater River, northeast of Warrensburg. He rappelled into the water and submerged. He could not pull himself up nor could the two women watching him pull him above the water surface. Eventually, one of the women cut the rope hoping he would float up, but he never surfaced.

28	KY	Jefferson	Female	15	Victim found in Bee Creek about 7 pm. Creek was flash flooding due to over 4 inches of rain.
30	OK	Adair	Male	22	Victim attempted to cross a marked low water bridge over Evansville Creek in Adair County east of Stilwell OK. His compact pickup was swept off the road into the fast-moving stream. His passenger managed to swim to safety, but the driver was carried downstream where his body was found several days later.
