Issue: Project Planning

Activities:  1) We finalized the changes to DMS 1.0 and it's available for viewing online at www.apexds.com/netproject.  You can use the username NOAA and password jackson to view it.  When you log in select the Projects tab at the top and then select DMS 1.0.  2) We have a meeting scheduled for next Monday to go over the project plan.  It should be available for others soon thereafter

Issue: Project Execution

Activities:  We are in the process of gathering requirements for all phases of DMS 1.0.  1) Seann and Ziya have been working with Frank at Apex and together they have HL-RMS compiled and running (1.2.3 in the project schedule).  They have started enhancing the code   2) We are working with ABRFC on finalizing the requirements for the user interfaces and DMS 1.0 tool (1.2.2. and 1.2.3 in the project schedule).

Issue:  Tracking Hours

Activities:  In order to verify the time estimates in our project plan, we have set up a way to track the number of hours spent on the project.  I'm going to collect the number of hours spent on the project from ABRFC, Apex, and each person in OHD by Monday of each week.  This should give us a better idea for future estimates.
