2. Issue: Project Execution
Activities: 1) We are using the feedback from the requirements review to produce a final version of the requirements document. 2) Apex has started the design process for addressing HL-RMS performance. 3) Seann has contacted WGRFC to accept their offer to beta test DMS 1.0.

3. Issue: Upcoming Work
Activities: 1) APEX and OHD will continue looking at ways to design a solution to improve HL-RMS performance. 2) I will be contacting ABRFC to review the final requirements document, identify the DMS 1.0 operational environment, and start the design process for the DMS 1.0 tool (xnav).

4. Issue: Tracking Hours
Activities: In order to verify the time estimates in the project schedule, we have set up a way to track the number of hours spent on the project. I need ABRFC, Apex, and each person in OHD to let me know the number of hours worked for the previous week(s).
