Activities: Based on OHD/HL management recommendations, I have requested 1-2 HSEB/AHPS group team members to work on HL-RMS enhancements and told Seann of HSMB’s responsibilities

2. Issue: Project Execution
Activities: 1) Apex is designing enhancements to address HL-RMS performance and execution in forecast mode. 2) We discussed design procedures with ABRFC. They have agreed to prepare for a design review on Friday, 7/11

3. Issue: Upcoming Work
Activities: 1) Apex will continue preparing for design review on 7/11. 2) Apex will work with HSEB resource(s) to explain work done so far

4. Issue: Tracking Hours
Activities: In order to verify the time estimates in the project schedule, we have set up a way to track the number of hours spent on the project. I need ABRFC, Apex, and each person in OHD to let me know the number of hours worked for the previous week(s).
