1. Issue: Project Planning

2. Issue: Project Execution
Activities: 1) we had a conference call with ABRFC and WGRFC to discuss the DMS
environment at each RFC 2) we scheduled a remote demo of ABRFC’s enhancements to
XNAV, but due to connection problems we could not do it. ITSG and ABRFC have
worked through the problems. We have rescheduled the demo for Monday the 25th
3) Seann has been communicating with WGRFC on getting them started. This week
he sent them updated documentation and Excel scripts for defining parameters.
These steps are independent of DMS, so WGRFC can start as soon as they can.

3. Issue: Upcoming Work
Activities: All development groups (Apex, OHD, and ABRFC) will continue working
to meet the September 3, 2003 due date for new development

4. Issue: Tracking Hours
Activities: To verify the time estimates in the project schedule, we set up a
spreadsheet to track the number of hours spent on the project. I need ABRFC,
Apex, and each person in OHD to let me know the number of hours worked for the
previous week(s).
