1. Issue: Project Planning
Activities: I received an email from Dave Brandon at CBRFC (it was also sent to
you) expressing interest in participating in DMS. It’s too late to include them
in DMS 1.0, but we may want to think about how we can include them in the
project

2. Issue: Project Execution
Activities: 1) James Paul at ABRFC gave us a demo of XDMS. This is the utility
program they have been working that is built from XNAV. We were very impressed
with what he has done so far. He anticipates ABRFC being finished or almost
finished by next Wednesday’s target date for completing the enhancements. 2)
Some of our (OHD’s) parts of DMS 1.0 development has fallen a little behind.
Preparing for the beta release of NWSRFS has taken priority. This should not
affect our target date of September 26 for deployment to ABRFC.

3. Issue: Upcoming Work
Activities: All development groups (Apex, OHD, and ABRFC) will continue working
to meet the September 3, 2003 due date for new development. Integration testing
may get started late next week.

4. Issue: Tracking Hours
Activities: To verify the time estimates in the project schedule, we have set
up a spreadsheet to track the number of hours spent on the project. I need
ABRFC, Apex, and each person in OHD to let me know the number of hours worked
for the previous week(s).
