1. Issue: Project Planning
Activities: We want to have a conference call with at least one representative from all DMS participants (OHD, Apex, ABRFC, and WGRFC) on Tuesday August 19th to get a better feel how each RFC will use DMS. It’s tentatively scheduled for 10 am eastern time

2. Issue: Project Execution
Activities: 1) Seann and DJ had a conference call with Bob Corby and others at WGRFC to discuss which basins to use for testing DMS. 2) Stephanie and I spoke with ABRFC to get a status of their development. They are making significant progress and plan to have a version we can test remotely in about two weeks. 3) The OHD portion of development is on track

3. Issue: Upcoming Work
Activities: All development groups (Apex, OHD, and ABRFC) will continue building to meet the September 3, 2003 due date

4. Issue: Tracking Hours
Activities: In order to verify the time estimates in the project schedule, we have set up a way to track the number of hours spent on the project. I need ABRFC, Apex, and each person in OHD to let me know the number of hours worked for the previous week(s).
