1. Issue: Project Planning
Activities: Present DMS progress to OHD leadership - Wednesday September 24 at 2:00 pm
Actions required by OHD/HL management: Calendar has this date open for everyone. Let me know if this changes.

2. Issue: Project Execution
Activities: 1) James Paul gave us a 2nd demo of xdms. He’s going to fix a few minor glitches, and give us the code by the middle of next week 2) OHD/HSEB continued working on our parts of development. We hope to be done by the end of next week.

3. Issue: Upcoming Work
Activities: 1) Integration testing at OHD of all DMS components (enhanced HL-RMS and XDMS) 2) Finish writing documentation and testing procedures in preparation for deployment to ABRFC on September 26

4. Issue: Tracking Hours
Activities: To verify the time estimates in the project schedule, we have set up a spreadsheet to track the number of hours spent on the project. I need ABRFC, Apex, and each person in OHD to let me know the number of hours worked for the previous week(s).
