1. Issue: Project Planning
Activities: 1) rescheduled the meeting to present DMS progress to OHD
leadership to Wednesday October 1, 2003 at 9:30 am 2) the date for deploying
XDMS to abrfc has changed from September 26, 2003 to the week of October 6, 2003
Actions required by OHD/HL management: Attend the meeting on October 1, 2003 at
9:30 am

2. Issue: Project Execution
Activities: 1) completed all phases of development - except for a few minor
changes needed to abrfc’s xdms tool 2) started integration testing 3) completing
documentation and testing procedures

3. Issue: Upcoming Work
Activities: 1) Integration testing at OHD of all DMS components (enhanced HL-RMS
and XDMS) 2) Finish writing documentation and testing procedures
Actions required by OHD/HL management: none

4. Issue: Tracking Hours
Activities: To verify the time estimates in the project schedule, we have set
up a spreadsheet to track the number of hours spent on the project. I need
ABRFC, Apex, and each person in OHD to let me know the number of hours worked
for the previous week(s).
