DOCUMENTATION

Using the NWSRFS documentation as an example, both User Documentation and System Documentation have been prepared.  The User Documentation describes the computation methods, user interface options, and all of the input and output data.  The System Documentation provides more detailed information about the code.  A user tutorial is provided in Section 5.
