APPENDIX C.   SAMPLE REPORTS

This appendix provides sample listings of most reports generated by the SHIMS application.
Sample reports of the mailing labels and rolodex cards are not provided.  Included on the
following pages, in the specified order, are:

     1)   sample E-19 report

          The staff gage page of this report can be printed with or without the flow values,
          depending upon the setting of the flowstaff variable in the SHIMSINI.SC file
          described in Section 4, item f.  This sample report contains two copies of the stage
          gage page - one with the flow data and one without.

     2)   sample E-19A report

     3)   sample B-44A report

     4)   sample lists
          
          Each list contains the location id, the location name and detail field, the observer
          name, the basin name, the county, the wfo identifier, and the home, work and gage
          phone numbers.  The order of these fields depends upon the sort order used for the
          list.  The first page of five different lists are included on the following pages:

               a) sort by location identifier
               b) sort by location name
               c) sort by county the location is in
               d) sort by basin the location is in
               e) sort by observer name for the location
     
     5)   sample station identification request form
