7.3.1  FORECAST POINT FORM (Page 1)

This form contains information for locations which are river forecast points.  Page 1 of this
form has two sections: the Hydrologic Conditions Section, and the Damage Section.
Hydrologic Conditions Section:


                       Forecast Point Form - Page 1 

    LID:        The Location ID.
    Proximity:  A word describing the relationship of the gage to the location name. 
                Usually at, near, above, or below.
    Bed:        The description of the streambed.
    Reservoir:  The names and locations of any dams upstream and the effect they have on
                streamflow.
    Divert:     The how and why water is diverted around the gage.

Damage Section: (this section scrolls)
    Stage:      The flood damage stage.  The information given in the following fields is
                intended for internal use, in contrast to the Impact Statement information
                which are used in public river products. 
    Summary:    The quick summary of the damage at this stage.  This will appear on the
                Summary screen.
    Damage:     What happens at this stage.  This will appear on the flood and staff picture
                pages of the E-19.
    Cont:       Further details of what happens at this stage.  This will appear only on the
                flood page of the E-19.
