7.5  RIVERPRO FORM

This form contains information for locations which are forecast points.  The information is
used by the River Product Formatter, which generates public river products.  The form
contains three sections: the Flood Category Section, the Impact Statement Section, the UGC
Zones Section, and the UGC Counties Section.



                                RiverPro Form 

Flood Category Section:
    Location: The location ID.
    Major:    The threshold level for major flooding.
    Moderate: The threshold level for moderate flooding.
    Minor:    The threshold level for minor flooding.  Usually the same as flood stage.

Impact Statement Section: (this section scrolls)
    Stage:    The stage for which the impact statement is given.
    Tendency: Indicates whether the statements are for a rising or falling river.  The
              choices are R, F, or blank.
    Begin:    A month and date to begin using these statements.  For locations with
              seasonal impacts.
    End:      A month and date to stop using these statements.
    Impact:   A general statement about the impact that occurs at this river level.  These
              phrases are inserted into the products by the product formatter, and are
              very important.
    Con't:    A continuation of the flood impact statement.

UGC Zones Section: (this section scrolls)
    State:    The two letter state abbreviation for the zone  associated with the location.
    Zone:     The number for the zone.

UGC Counties Section: (this section scrolls)
    State:    The two letter state abbreviation for the county associated with the location.
    Fips:     The FIPS code for the county.
