8.  VIEWING AND EDITING TABLES

Sometimes, it is easier to edit data in the standard Paradox table format.  This command
allows you to edit any SHIMS table using the standard Paradox format without having to exit
the SHIMS application.  New locations should not be filled in using the Tables command. 
Use the Forms command instead.

A dialog box will prompt you to select the table you want to view or edit.  Select the 
table you want and then click on View or Edit.

The table will appear in the standard Paradox editing mode. Edit your data using the 
standard Paradox editing keystrokes. For guidance on entering the data, see Appendix A.  
When you are finished, click on Done in the speed bar or press F2.
