7.1.2  LOCATION FORM (Page 2)

This form contains more information about the location.  It includes six sections: the Data
Collection Platform Section, the Telemetry Section, the External Cooperation Section, the
Parameters Sections, the Contacts section, and the Remarks Section.

Data Collection Platform Section:
    Owner:     The owner agency of the platform.
    GOES ID:   The eight character NESDIS identification of the platform.
    Criteria:  The random reporting criteria.
    Time:      The first platform reporting time in UTC in the format HH:MM:SS.
    Freq:      The number of minutes of the reporting interval.

Telemetry Section:
    Device:    The type of telemetry at this location.
    Payor:     The agency that pays for the communications.
    Owner:     The agency which owns the telemetry.
    Criteria:  The random reporting criteria.     
    Sensor ID: Another optional ID for the telemetry at this location.
    Phone:     The telephone number of the telemetry.
    Cost:      The monthly cost of communications.
    Freq:      The number of minutes of the reporting interval.

External Cooperation Section: (this section scrolls):
    Agency:    The cooperating agency.
    Office:    The office name and/or location, within the agency.

Parameters Section: (this section scrolls)
    Type:      The type of parameter.  The choices are D - data collection platform, T -
               telemetry, O - Observer
    Parameter: The two upper case letter SHEF code for the parameter.  The parameter
               information is very important for processing data in the AWIPS WHFS.

Contacts Section:  (this section scrolls)
    Contact:   The ranking number of this contact and the name of the contact.
    Phone:     The phone number of the contact.
    Remarks:   The concerns of contact and instructions for informing them.

Remarks Section: 
    Remarks:   Any remarks about this location as a whole.
