Mr. Berger serves as liaison with the operational producers of climate prediction services, ensuring the development of an operational suite of seamless climate forecast products linking weather, water, and climate, and evaluating product applications. He determines requirements, service enhancements, benefits, and evaluates effectiveness of products. Ron also serves as the lead climate services policy directives author as well as writing official climate product releases.
