Ms. Koepsell serves as the principal link with the NWS field offices and regions. She, with focal points in the regional headquarters, determines requirements for climate services/dissemination and NWS climate services training needs for NWS region and field offices. She also assists in the development of partnerships to provide these services by managing the Climate Services Division's Partnership Program.
