Dr. Timofeyeva is a UCAR Visiting Scientist who assists in the development of climate services activities at NWS Headquarters, ensuring NWS meets climate services goals documanted in the strategic plan. Specifically, she develops training materials for the purpose of educating NWS personnel and external scientists on the technical aspects of climate prediction and services.
