People: Reeves

Dr. Reeves is a senior consultant in the climate services division. He develops technical background material for CSD-sponsored workshops. He prepares reports and recommendations from technical workshops and regional assessments, and reviews climate services technical material. Bob develops NWS policy and procedure directives for the provision of climate services and represents the CSD technical position in meetings and conferences.
