PUBLICATIONS:

 

Dr. Livezey has published over 50 refereed papers in scientific journals, several book chapters, and more than 60 articles in non-refereed publications.  Several times a year he has been asked to speak, lecture, or teach at a wide variety of national and international forums, and his advice has frequently been solicited by extramural colleagues.

 

PERSONAL:

 

Dr. Livezey is is a veteran of over four years in the U.S. Air Force.  His principal recreational activities are hiking, backpacking, and trail running.  In this last regard he has completed the entire Appalachian Trail, is a Long Trail End-to-Ender, and a member of the New England 4000er, Adirondack 46er, and Northeast 111er Clubs. Recently he summited the Grand Teton and Mt. Shasta.
