Doug Marcy is a Coastal Hazards Specialist at the NOAA Coastal Services Center, Charleston, SC. He has been with the CSC for 11 years working on enhancing coastal flooding forecast products and GIS capability, storm surge assessments, and coastal hazards assessment projects (including sea level rise) contributing to more disaster resilient communities.
