Katie Thomas of the National Academies served as the Study Author for the report, Linkages Between Arctic Warming and Mid-Latitude Weather Patterns: Summary of a Workshop.David Robinson, New Jersey State Climatologist and Director of the Global Snow Lab at Rutgers University, served as the Chair of the Workshop Committee.
