Evaluation
of Actual Knowledge Received
To evaluate knowledge received during the residence training every
trainee is asked to complete two tests: one before the training
and one after. Comparison between the two responses provides assessment
for the training success. To access the test please use your regular
NOAA e-mail user name (e.g., Firstname.Lastname) and password.
Evaluation
of Trainees' Satisfaction
This evaluation is conducted during the residence training. The
evaluation results help us to improve the training content and delivery.
Self-evaluation
of Job Performance
Self-evaluation of Job Performance will help us to evaluate the
training success as reflected in trainee's participation in NWS
operational routines
