The purpose of this instructional Component is to get familiar
with Climate Prediction Center (CPC) Extended Range Forecast (6
to 10 and 8 to 14 day outlooks) scientific principles, tools, procedures,
product format and their interpretation. The Instructional Component
3.3 consists of the following sections:

1. Save the file on your computer in specified directory
