The purpose of this instructional Component is to get familiar
with Climate Prediction Center (CPC) Long Range Outlooks (monthly
and 3-month outlooks) scientific principles, tools, procedures,
product format and their interpretation. The Instructional Component
3.3 consists of the following sections:

2. Online Tutorial on Bases, Tools and Forecasting Processes (under
development)
3. Webcast on A
Specific Forecast Case Study
4. Residence
Training on Best Practices of Forecast Interpretation,
Its Use in Local Office Operations, and Public Outreach
*To use the Audio Visit View file:
1. Save the file on your computer in specified directory
2. Click twice on the file name to extract all files for the presentation
3. Run (click twice) visitauto.bat to view the presentation
