Instructional Component 4.3: Local Climate Studies

The purpose of this Instructional Component is to get familiar with principles of climate analysis techniques (a statistical methods) used in NOAA operations and forecast practices, as well as to know how NWS local offices staff can use Local Climate Analysis Tool (LCAT) to identify local climate signals and use them in responding user needs and improving climate services.
