COOP Modernization Partners' Forum

On September 18, 2002, NOAA, led by NWS's Office of Climate, Water, and Weather Services, held the COOP Modernization Partners' Forum in Rockville, Maryland. This forum was an opportunity for NWS to present its plans for modernizing the observing system and to receive feedback from federal and private partners. Department of Commerce Deputy Secretary Samuel Bodman delivered the keynote address.
