Responsibilities: Coordinate implementation support activities (see NWS Instruction 10-1805, section 3.1); determine advance lead time (see NWSI 10-1805, section 5); write, quality control, and authorize the national service or technical change message and email it to the OCWWS Notification Coordinators at nws.hq.ocwws.notify@noaa.gov
