SUBJECT: Dates in 2013 for NWS Upper Air Stations

to Begin Use of RS92-NGP Radiosonde with the

Radiosonde Replacement Systems (RRS)

Eight Upper Air (UA) sites are scheduled to transition from the

GPS Lockheed Martin Mark IIA radiosonde to the GPS Vaisala RS-92

radiosonde on or about April 1, 2013.
