This sign serves as a valuable and life-saving compliment to our mutually
developed FHWA-sanctioned TADD Incident Sign. This Warning Sign should be
deployed at locations where the incidence of flooding is high, the onset
of flooding is rapid, and/or where flooding occurs in isolated locations.
Warning Signs tell a driver of possible danger that might be ahead, such
as warning you to slow down and be prepared to stop if necessary, or a hazard
or special situation on the roadway that is ahead.
