Warnings/Workarounds

• After a word is saved into Local Dictionary and
  Tested it does not work in the TTS Clipboard
  or when converting NWR messages, May 2002
• Entries in the Dictionary Manager must be in lower case, May 2002
• Preprocessor entries defining a "." (period) causes VIP to timeout, slow,
  and die, June 2002
