System Simulators
In order to be creditable, any type of testing needs to be repeatable with consistant known input conditions. This can be accomplished by using simulators exercising known conditions to establish a baseline. That way, if something unusual occurs during regression testing, a problem may be recognized. During system and operational testing, the Test and Evaluation Branch (OPS24) utilizes the following simulators:
