Submitting Authority (SA) and Focal Points (FP)

In accordance with National Weather Service Instruction 10-101, Change Management Process, office and regional directors may designate authority to submit requests for change. With the director's approval, W/OS1 accepts RCs from those designates for processing through the change management system.
