Caroline Dallman of Edgeley, ND, received her 15 year length of service award. The award was presented by Sandra Wiche, Cooperative Program Manager, Bismarck, ND. Caroline's husband Larry was in attendance. Caroline has been Edgeley's Observer since July 20, 1987, and she says she really enjoys it.
