January 12, 2011, at 1800 Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), the

effective date of this change is sooner than NWS policy (NWS instruction 10-1805). The reduction of normal lead time for this
change occurred after coordination with local customers and the FAA.
NWS
personnel will need to add the following identifier to their communications systems
to receive the new TAF:

In
addition the TAF change will be added to the existing TAF collectives below
which are transmitted to FAA personnel and other external customers.
